Project Overview
BitSight transforms how organizations manage cyber risk. The BitSight Security Ratings Platform applies sophisticated algorithms, producing daily security ratings to help organizations manage their own security performance, mitigate third-party risk, underwrite cyber insurance policies, conduct financial diligence and assess aggregate risk. BitSight needed a new digital presence and content management system (CMS) that represented their innovative company and would support their growth trajectory.
We worked with BitSight to express their brand for a digital audience and capture it in a design system that would allow them to create a variety of online experiences. We transitioned them from HubSpot CMS to Drupal, giving them the flexibility to continue to scale and grow. The new site positions BitSight as a true market leader.
Bringing the Brand to Life
As a technology company, BitSight’s website needed to be the best expression of their brand. Through research and collaboration with the BitSight team we developed an updated, modern and flexible design system. The new design system is expressive, conveying BitSight’s technology prowess and leadership in the cybersecurity space.
Making Content Management Easy
We used Rain, our rapid site builder, to create a strong foundation for the BitSight team. Rain has an optimized page building experience, making it easy for non-technical teams to create dynamic new content that’s always on-brand. When content managers are supported by easier authoring experiences, they are empowered to create new and engaging content that results in a higher rate of return.
Integrated & Automated Marketing with HubSpot
The website is BitSight’s primary lead generation source and through an integration with HubSpot we made sure it was optimized for action and results. The BitSight team can run campaigns, drive traffic and attention to their thought leadership, cultivate new leads through a chatbot integration and view the results of their efforts simply and easily.
