Lessons Learned From a Gatsby Migration

At Mediacurrent, we have embraced using the buzzword 'headless architecture' on a variety of projects. Currently, our own website is using Drupal 8 but with a static site generator (SSG) called Jekyll. We have also come to enjoy using Gatsby as more robust SSG, and are in the middle of converting the front end, without messing around with the content model of Drupal.

In this presentation, you'll hear about some challenges we encountered (like using Gatsby when it wasn't really ready for Paragraphs or other entity types) and lessons learned from this migration. Plus, get a glimpse of our new React Components library which is a conversion from the Pattern Lab Component Library to React.
