Successful Projects Are the Result of Great Partnerships

For the past twenty years I’ve worked closely with a wide range of business partners, including many pharmaceutical and medical device agency partners, but from either the non-profit or client side.

Now, I’m a member of the Mediacurrent team serving as a Project Manager working for my former self.

The roles are reversed and the past ten months have been interesting as I’ve taken what I’ve learned in the past, and am applying it to my daily work in order to provide the best client experience possible.

Developing Outstanding Internal Customer Service

Customer service is big for me. When a company provides a truly stellar customer experience, I will most likely repeat business with them even if there was an issue that needed improvement. For example, I ordered my wife flowers for her birthday. The company delivered flowers that died two days later. Though I was frustrated, their customer service team was so outstanding that I will order from them again.

NASCAR updates Drupal site for 2011 season

NASCAR Home Tracks returned for its fourth season on Drupal with an updated site, launched by Mediacurrent in time for this week's K&N Pro Series West season-opener at Phoenix International Raceway.

Mediacurrent helped introduce NASCAR and Turner Sports to Drupal in 2008 with the launch of the touring series web site, and has continued to build new features into the successful platform each season.

With the last week's release of Drupal 7 and a steady stream of large enterprise sites continuing to migrate onto the content management platform, excitement abounds in the Drupal community. While celebrating all that is new, however, let's not forget about some of the early adopters that helped pave the way for all of the brand-name companies now hopping on board.
