1. What’s your role at Mediacurrent, both internally and client-related?
I’m a Drupal developer. I mostly do support work but sometimes work on new projects.
2. Give us an idea of what professional path brought you here.
I had Drupal as a hobby for years. When I needed a job after being a stay at home mom, I went looking for one doing Drupal.
3. How did you first get involved with Drupal?
I was using Gallery 2 to build a photo gallery for my family after having my first child and wanted a blog to go with it. James Walker suggested Drupal so I popped into the #drupal channel on IRC and fell in love with the community.
4. Is there a go-to Drupal module that you like to incorporate whenever possible?
I’m a big fan of Page Manager / Panels.
5. Do you have any recommended reading or books that you would suggest to others?
I tend to read series. Doctor Who, Star Trek. Going further back, there's Anne McCaffery and the Dragonriders of Pern books.
6. Any mobile apps that you use regularly?
Facebook, K-9 Mail, and Two Dots.
7. What do you like to do in your spare time?
Photography.
8. What do you like about Mediacurrent?
I like the people here. Everyone is nice and helpful.
